These Terms & Conditions apply to your participation in and/or registration for the Nimitt Consulting Inc. (“Nimitt”) Cell Therapy Master Class on Access & Reimbursement (the “Event”).

Event Details:

  • Date: October 28-29, 2026
  • Location: Hogan Lovells, Washington D.C.

Ticket Purchase:

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise noted.
  • The Event is in-person (will not be recorded) and is for providers and individuals who work for a hospital (“Hospital Personnel”).
  • Nimitt reserves the right to cancel and refund registration and/or refuse or revoke admission to attendees who are not Hospital Personnel or who otherwise fail to comply with Event rules.

Refunds & Cancellations:

  • Refunds are available up to 60 days before the Event, less a $100 admin charge. After this date, tickets are non-refundable.
  • In the event the Event is canceled, Nimitt will provide a full refund.

Transfers:

  • Registrations are transferable within your organization. You can email substitution requests to events@nimitt.com. In order to complete the transfer, the new attendee must provide the same registration details.

Code of Conduct:

  • Attendees agree to respect the confidentiality of discussions during the Event and not to disclose the identity or affiliation of speakers or participants, or to attribute statements made during the Event, without prior permission.
  • Attendees agree to abide by all applicable antitrust laws.
  • Attendees agree to provide ID upon check-in.
  • Attendees must behave respectfully and comply with venue rules.
  • Nimitt has zero tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment. If you experience or hear of any incidence of these or other inappropriate or unacceptable behaviors, please notify a member of the Nimitt team, or email events@nimitt.com.
  • Nimitt reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Changes to the Event:

  • Nimitt reserves the right to change Event schedules, speakers, or venue if necessary.

Recordings and Release Agreement:

  • No recording, transmission, or reproduction of Event sessions or materials, including screenshots, is permitted without prior written permission from Nimitt.
  • The Event will not be recorded in full or made available as a recording.
  • Portions of the Event may be photographed. By attending, you grant Nimitt the right to use your image or likeness, in Event-related photographs, audio, or video for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, in any format, worldwide, without compensation.

Intellectual Property Ownership:

All Event materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of Nimitt or its speakers and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

Compliance Disclaimer:

The Event is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, reimbursement, or business advice. Attendees are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

Liability:

  • ATTENDANCE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NIMITT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES, AND YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD NIMITT AND/OR THE EVENT VENUE HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE EVENT. 
  • NIMITT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOST OR DAMAGED PERSONAL PROPERTY, OR OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
