1Before you go

Your pre-trip checklist

A few things to take care of before you leave home.

  • Required

    Pack a government-issued photo ID

A passport or driver’s license. Building security will not let you in without it.

  • Plan for business casual

Bring layers. Meeting rooms vary in temperature and the rooftop can be cool in the evening. Check the Washington, D.C. forecast before you pack.

  • Finish the pre-event survey

It helps us tailor the sessions. If your reception plans have changed since you answered, email events@nimitt.com.

  • Save the agenda to your phone

The full program with updated session times, for offline reading on the plane.

2Getting there & check-in

From the street to your seat

Getting into the building takes a few steps, so plan to arrive between 7:30 and 7:45 AM on both days. Security opens at 7:30 AM, and arriving earlier only means waiting in the lobby.
