Nicole Felkel, BSN, RN

Nicole has deep experience in oncology nursing, including a decade leading and scaling stem cell transplant and cellular therapy programs at a large health system. She has directed clinical documentation redesigns within Epic to strengthen data integrity and audit readiness and built staffing and workload models to support data-driven workforce planning. She also served as the critical link connecting clinical, operational, and finance stakeholders—from front-line teams to executive leadership—to bring new CAR-T therapies from evaluation through launch. With a proven record of scaling complex clinical programs and leading multidisciplinary initiatives, Nicole is dedicated to increasing stakeholders’ knowledge so hospital and industry leaders can make informed decisions that improve processes and benefit patient health and safety outcomes.
